World Athletics Confirms Tobi Amusan World record

Tobi Amusan had set a new World Record of 12.12 in the semi-final, which erased the old time of 12.20 that was set by Kendra Harrison in London.

In the women’s 100m hurdles, The world Athletic confirmed her new world record.

The 25-year-old set the World record in July 2022 at the World Athletics Championships that was held in Oregon, USA.

She won the world record with her remarkable performance, she broke the African record of 12.40 in the 100m hurdles heat.

Tobi Amusan is now officially the first Nigerian to have a World record.
