Promising young lady identified as Joy Uchechi Nwachukwu has allegedly been killed buy her colleagues when she made attempt to steal the company’s money .
Joy 22, have reportedly been working at the gas station until her death, it was reported that she went to work Monday, October 24 but didn’t come back home as usual.
It was later confirmed that her co-workers killed her with a shovel and buried her in a shallow grave they dug at the gas plant located at Toronto/Road Safety Road, MCC Owerri.
The two crime suspect alongside the manager have been arrested are currently on interrogation.
“The suspects killed her because they wanted to collect all the money made from sales in the company since last week. We understand she normally makes deposits into the company’s bank account every Tuesday, being the accountant of the company.” A family source told The Guardian.
the SP of the state police command Michael Abattam also confirmed the incident assuring that the Command was still
investigating the incident, and the suspects will be charged to court once investigation is complete.
