Market Women were spotted on the streets of Benin rolling over the scarcity of the new Naira Note and the rejection of the old naira Note.
This came shortly after a protest started in Warri in delta state for the same reason.
Market women were seen crying while rolling on the the ground as their way of
protesting against the Lingering scarcity of new naira notes and blatant rejection of the old notes.
It not news that the federal Government in conjunction with the governor of central Bank of Nigeria has said that old Naira note is no longer a legal tender in the country.
The people of Benin however stormed the streets protesting about the rejection of old
naira notes and scarcity of new naira notes which subjected them stagnation in the business.

Stormed the street for protest to the lingering scarcity in Warri, Delta state.
The protesters were see in mass protesting against the scarcity of the new naira note and rejection of old naira note.

The background voice in one of the video stated that the the scarcity of the new notes subjected a lot of them to hunger and also has greatly affected their businesses.
