Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has expressed his feeling when his actor son, Yul Edochie ‘s decision to marry a second wife.
The thespian disclosed this during an interview with Vanguard , he said that it is his son’s decision to get married although he did not agree to it.
Pete also asserted that he is a Christian who reads bible and if Solomon who had 700 wives and 300 concubine could be addressed as the wisest man then it is not his duty to judge his son.
In his words;
“I didn’t feel good, but like I said, I’m a Christian and I read the Bible. Solomon, with 700 wives and 300 concubines, was branded a man of wisdom .
It’s his choice and for whatever reason he decided to take a second wife, that’s what I can say.”
Yul who have been married to his first wife May for 18 years and welcomed 4 children made headlines earlier this year when he publicly disclosed his colleague Judy Austin as his second wife.
Recently, Yul Edochie has taken to social media to shower praises on his first child and only Daughter Danielle.
The actor took the his social media pages disclosing that he visited his only daughter who is now in Her second year in University and was marveled about her academic performance.
The thespian shared and adorable photos took with her daughter while disclosing that he was impressed with her results.
He wrote
“Today I visited my daughter in school. @danielleyuledochie. She’s making me very proud. University girl. 2nd level. Fantastic grades. Daddy is super proud of you. Keep shining. I’m happy.
