Popular Nigeria singer Simisola Kosoko professionally known Simi has publicly expressed her vexation against individuals who condoned with the series of malpractices in the February 25 presidential election.
The mother of one is post se made on her instastory said that she has lost her high regard for individuals who declared support for “people who do wicked things in daylight without fear of repercussion”.
Simi said the following the reaction from different public figures after INEC announced Bola Ahmed Asiwaju Tinubu as the president elect of Nigeria.
While deliberating on this matter Simi said that he is not against people supporting their preferred candidate but condemn those justifying all forms of malpractices that occurred on the election day
Simi wrote;
“A lot of people have surprised me this election. Lost whatever respect many have had for them.
“It’s my choice” is fair; but when people do wicked things in daylight without fear of repercussion, and you still support them, it serves you better to do it quietly.
You’re not courageous, or brave, or strong in the face of adversity. You’re ignorant. And proud.”
