A Nigerian UK-based man identified as Destiny has returned to Nigerian to reconcile with his mother after disowning her for several years.
Destiny migrated to United kingdom in search for greener pasture but was deceived by a prophet abroad into abandoning his mother throughout his stay in the UK.
In the video posted by theoayom on tik-tok, Destiny narrated what happened and revealed that he has made peace with his mother.
According to destiny, A friend took him to a prophet at UK who spoke despicable things about his mother which made him to abandon her.
He further said that he cut every means of contact with his mother and refused to offer her any forms of financial help even though she only sell beans ball (akara) for survival.
He said;
“When I got there, a friend of mine took me to one of his churches. The man of God there twisted my mind towards my mum. So, it has not been easy. He said so many things about my mum I could not even place my hands on. I could not reach out to my mum or talk to her. My mind was so bitter.”
Destiny mother stated that he started encountering hardships and was jailed due issues associated with his papers , but while he was in the prison he had a revelation which made to start rethinking what the prophet said previously.
“I dreamt and I saw my mum fighting for me. The shocking part of it is that she was fighting and holding my papers back from them,” he explained.
In the same video, upon his return to Nigeria, he visited the spot where his mum fries akara and scattered everything.
He announced that he was back to take care of her and begged her to accept him back that he was remorseful and they made up.
