A young south-African lady has stirred massive reaction after she took to her social media account to show off a certificate that was awarded to her for retaining a virginity.
She was awarded the certificate after underwent a virginity test conducted at the Sivuselela Amasiko Trust and passed the test.
The young lady recently took to social media to flaunt her certificate of virginity, confirming her chastity and it caused quite a stir online.
Young ladies are commonly subjected to a purity test in some African countries, including Malawi, some parts of South Africa, and the Congo.
Before they can be eligible for testing, the women must be at least 18 years old. The test is meant to promote female chastity in the society.
Certificates are usually awarded to the ladies by the community when the test is completed and they have been found to be chaste.

in another news, A south-African woman identified as Zukiswa Joyi has praised herself for preserving her virginity before and after Valentine’s Day.
Zukiswa Joyi who is a devoted Christian took her Facebook page
stating that it is possible for one to remain celibate during the
valentine celebration when temptation is high and anybody who says otherwise is a liar.
She also noted that she is a member of Purity gang and believes in abstinence until marriage.
