A Nigerian Pastor identified Nduka Anyanwu have been sentenced to double lifeimprisonment by sexual offence and domestic violence court in Lagos after forcefullyhaving carnal Knowledge and impregnanting of two underaged teenage sisters.
Mr Nduka who was a pastor at Lord’s Chosen Church branch in Oshodi, repeatedly rapedand impregnant two teenage sister with the guise to carrying out deliverance program on them.
According to the presiding judge,Justice Abiola Soladoye, Nduka was reaped and impregnant two sister under the pretense of casting out evil spirit from them.
Justice Abiola Soladoye, also found the pastor guilty of impregnating the 13-year-old and 17-year-old sisters, both of whom have welcomed their babies.
The judge, who found the prosecution witnesses’ evidence credible and consistent, described the convict as morally bankrupt.
She said the police should have charged the victims’ parents alongside the convict
because they are equally guilty of encouraging the wicked crime.
On several occasions, one of the victims went home to report the pastor’s misconduct to
their parents, but she was always beaten and sent back to his home.
“The prosecution has proved the ingredients of the offences against the morally-bankrupt defendant,” she said and sentenced the convict to double life imprisonment.
