•Zenith Bank customers: via your mobile banking app by following some steps:
°Click on Sign in
°select cards
°click on the type of card you want to deactivate and follow the steps shown.

•For GTBANK customers: send HOTLIST NUBAN to 08076665555. NUBAN is your 10 digit account number.

•For Fidelity Bank customers: dial *770*911#
Follow the prompts displayed.

•for Stanbic IBTC Bank customers: dial *909#
Select “My Bank”
Select “service Request”
Select “Block Card”

Or simply text your NUBAN to 30909.

•for Union Bank customers: Text BLOCK CARD NUBAN to 20123.

•for Access Bank customers: this can be done via the bank app or simply contact 1.800.558.3424

•For FCMB customers: Dial *329#
Select “8 self services”
Select “4 Block Card”
Complete the process.
